Conex Media respects your privacy in line with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights.
Information we collect
When you book a strategy call, we only collect what's needed: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, and an optional message about your growth blocker. We also record your consent timestamp, which page you came from, and the anonymous marketing source (e.g. UTM parameters) of your visit.
Why we use it
We use your information only to get in touch about your strategy-call request, prepare your audit, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and processing
Your data may be processed by trusted service providers (e.g. our booking calendar, analytics, and advertising platforms such as Meta) solely to operate this service. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Storage and security
We store your data with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
